A guided move for supported client records, work history, financial context and files—with background progress, visible exceptions and a result your team can review.
Follow the connectionA structured move
The migration model brings supported client context, work records, milestones, interaction history, historical invoices, journals and associated files into view. What can move depends on the verified connector, source access and agreed scope.
See what arrived, what needs attention and what is not yet safe to treat as complete. Imported inventory and native account or project assignment need review; an upload alone is not an operational cutover.
The flow
Authorize a supported source through its supported method. Confirm the correct agency workspace and select the relevant history.
Background processing retrieves pages with checkpoints and identifies known source records on retry. Supported terminology is translated into common record types.
Copy supported attachments into private destination storage, verify bytes or checksums and update supported references after verification.
Inspect mappings, inventory and exceptions, verify the covered financial scope and complete the move deliberately within its authorized access window.
Visible progress. Deliberate review.
Source fields, conflicting identities, ambiguous revisions and unmapped financial accounts should not be resolved by a quiet guess. Review the exceptions and confirm any required native client or project assignment before relying on the imported records.
Confirm source access, record types, relevant history, target account context and who can review the result.
Extraction pages, normalization and transfer checkpoints make retries understandable. A retry should not become a second copy of an identified source record.
Supported declared attachments and media references are copied and verified. A retained external link alone is not proof that the file moved.
Missing files, ambiguous mappings and unfinished assignment remain review items. Completing or expiring the connection does not silently make them correct.
The financial scope
Compare supported historical cash movements with native bank activity and statement evidence for the declared scope. Review account, currency, exact amount, references and opening balances before treating a match as meaningful.
Missing or ambiguous matches and incomplete coverage prevent a clean result. A zero variance is a result for the declared covered scope; it is not an unconditional audit of the whole agency. Source feed freshness and supported access require their own checks.
A bounded transition
The authorized source-access window is capped at 14 days. A bounded one-way delta process is designed to pick up supported source changes during that window; it is not unrestricted bidirectional synchronization or a zero-downtime guarantee.
When local access expires, saved source connection credentials are cleared while imported records and verified files remain. Provider revocation is attempted where supported and must be confirmed separately; local credential cleanup does not prove a remote grant was revoked.
Review the import, native assignments, unresolved exceptions and operational handoff before concluding the transition. Ending migration access does not cancel the old software subscription.
Worth knowing
No. Confirm a supported, verified connector and the history the source exposes before planning the move. The migration engine is part of the product model; vendor support and complete operational/admin integration require release-specific confirmation.
No. Local source access expires and stored connection credentials are cleared. Imported records and verified files remain; supported remote revocation needs separate confirmation.
No. Cancellation is a separate business decision. Review imported inventory, files, mappings, financial verification and operational cutover before deciding when to end the old service.
No. Imported history can still need native assignment, exception resolution, financial review and a deliberate operational handoff. Source compatibility, coverage and transition readiness must be confirmed.
The relationship. The work. The business.
