01Current status and your choice
The marketing website does not currently enable optional analytics, advertising cookies, session replay, or behavioral profiling. Pactveris Parallel is the planned in-house behavioral measurement tool. It is not connected. Google Analytics and Search Console are also not connected and are not being connected by this release. Optional collection remains disabled. Google Search Console reporting is separate and does not itself install a visitor analytics cookie here.
Our Cookie settings panel stores an optional-analytics choice only when you make one. A stored “allow” preference does not mean a tracker is already installed, and it does not authorize an undisclosed purpose. We do not use preselected optional consent or treat silence, scrolling, or closing a notice as consent.
02Necessary demo cookies
These first-party cookies support the demo you request at demo.pactveris.com. They contain opaque identifiers rather than your name or email. They are sent over HTTPS with Secure and HttpOnly protections and the applicable SameSite setting. They are not advertising cookies.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
__Host-pactveris_access | Confirms a valid registration and accepted demo terms before restricted access. SameSite=Lax. | Up to two hours. |
__Host-pactveris_route | Routes your requests to your isolated fictional demo environment. SameSite=Strict. | 45 minutes, refreshed by active requests. |
pactveris_demo | Associates requests with the temporary application session inside that environment. SameSite=Strict. | 45 minutes, refreshed by active requests. |
Server-side registration records, consent evidence, and provider recovery copies are not removed merely because a browser cookie expires. Their retention is described in the Privacy Policy. Necessary technologies are used only for the requested access, security, and session purposes. Where applicable law requires consent even for a particular implementation, we must obtain it before that use.
03Local preference storage
When you use Cookie settings, the marketing website stores a small first-party local-storage record named pactveris_privacy_choice_v1. It records the policy version, your optional-analytics choice, and the choice and expiry times, for up to 180 days. This record remembers a privacy decision; it does not identify you by name, track you across websites, or enable an advertising profile. It is not automatically synchronized with the demo host or other devices.
You can change the choice at any time. A new material purpose or changed policy version requires a new choice rather than silently expanding the old one. If local storage is unavailable, optional tracking stays off; a choice may need to be made again on another visit.
04Optional measurement and unconnected Google tools
Google Analytics: if enabled later, it may use cookies such as _ga and a property-specific _ga_<identifier> to distinguish browser visits and measure interactions. Actual cookie names, durations, event collection, Google settings, and data retention must be confirmed and disclosed before activation. This inventory does not claim those cookies are currently set.
Pactveris Parallel: broad behavioral tracking is planned, potentially including page/navigation activity, device/network information, clicks, scrolling, interaction events, and error/performance information. Its actual event fields, identifiers, endpoints, storage, retention, and access must be documented before activation. There is currently no permission to introduce hidden session recordings, full form capture, fingerprinting, advertising, or cross-site tracking under an “analytics” label. Parallel tracking records are intended to be kept for seven years from collection, subject to the lawful-purpose, deletion, and rights limits in the Privacy Policy. That record-retention period is not a seven-year cookie lifetime. A materially different purpose requires its own review, notice, and applicable choice.
Google Search Console: measures search and indexing information through Google’s reporting and verification mechanisms. It is not the same as installing Google Analytics on visitors’ devices.
If optional technologies are introduced, they must be blocked until any required consent, and rejecting them must be as accessible as accepting them. Withdrawal must stop future optional collection and remove accessible optional identifiers where appropriate; already transmitted information may require a separate deletion request. Our current controls are deliberately not represented as a completed integration for tools that have not been connected.
05Browser controls and privacy signals
Use to review the current status and keep optional analytics off. When optional analytics is available, the panel must offer a genuine allow or reject choice. Necessary access and preference storage are explained rather than presented as optional advertising choices. You can also use your browser’s site-data settings to block or delete cookies and local storage separately for pactveris.com and demo.pactveris.com. HttpOnly cookies must be managed through browser controls; a Website button cannot directly read or erase them.
Blocking required demo cookies can prevent access or reset your fictional session. Deleting the local preference record can require a new choice. Third-party tools and opt-out extensions have their own operation and do not replace our responsibility to obtain consent where required.
Where legally applicable, recognized opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control are honored for covered sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising processing. None of those purposes is currently enabled here. Such a signal is not blanket permission for analytics and does not remove necessary security or registration records.

06Changes to this inventory
We will update this Policy and the controls before materially changing purposes or enabling a new optional tracking tool. Infrastructure security features may also change the necessary-technology inventory; we must evaluate their actual behavior rather than assuming every provider technology is exempt from consent. The effective date below identifies this version.
